1. You have to ask what you want and how you can get there.
2. You have to borrow the buzz which is out there and use it.
3. Have a good elevator pitch. Think Nike.
4. Keep it clear, concise and consistent.
5. Get testiomonials. You can’t win them all but do know what people are saying about you.
